The Management Board of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna ("PZU SA", "Company") hereby reports that at 6:55 p.m. on 9 September 2020 the Company recieved the resignation submitted by Adam Brzozowski from serving in the capacity of a Management Board Member of PZU SA at the time of its service to the Company.

In accordance with art. 369 § 5 of the Commercial Company Code Adam Brzozowski's mandat expires as a result of tendering his resignation.

The tendered resignation does not state any reasons.
