Patrice-Henry Duchêne has been appointed Managing Director of PSA Peugeot Citroën's corporate Foundation, effective 1 February 2014, to replace Hugues Dufour, who is retiring.

Patrice-Henry Duchêne, 56, is a graduate of Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).

He joined PSA Peugeot Citroën in 2000 as Public and Institutional Relations Manager for the Poissy production plant. In 2010, he was appointed head of the Group's corporate social responsibility policy, a position that he will retain under the responsibility of Jonathan Goodman, Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications.
