Pershimex Resources Corporation is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company's projects and properties include Malartic, Forsan, Landrienne-South, Villebon, and Courville. The Malartic project includes block JAG, block Revillard, block Lakeshore, block Deane, block Cadillac, and block JR. The Forsan property is located less than 10 kilometers from the Villebon property. It is composed of approximately 27 claims covering an area of eight square kilometers (km2). The Landrienne-South property consists of over 22 mining claims located in the Landrienne Township, in Abitibi-Temiscamingue. The Villebon property is located in the Villebon Township and is situated at approximately 47 kilometers (km) south-east of the city of Val-d'Or, in Abitibi, Quebec. The property consists of 43 claims covering 1,780 hectares and contains gold-bearing quartz veins of several meters in thickness. The Courville property consists of over 312 claims with an approximate area of 151.82 km2.
