Its Investment Banking division provides a range of financial advisory and capital markets services across equity and debt capital markets (ECM and DCM), private capital markets (PCM), retail capital markets (RCM), debt advisory, private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investor relations, private equity and corporate broking. Its Research & Distribution division area manages over 1,235 institutional relationships across various categories of equity investor, including long-only, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, wealth managers, family offices and retail intermediary platforms. Its Execution services division provides bespoke dealing and execution services for institutional asset managers, registrars, private client wealth managers and private banks.
