Pearl Abyss Corp. (KOSDAQ:A263750) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 50,000 million worth of its own shares pursuant to a contract with Korea Investment & Securities. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value. The program will be valid until May 12, 2021. As of November 11, 2020, the company had 867,064 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 0 shares in treasury under other capacities.
PearlAbyss Corp is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the development and publishing of online games. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Game Business segment develops and supplies games called Black Desert. The Other Business segment engage in the development and sales of game servers and network engines, investment and management consulting.
