On January 9, 2023, Orthofix Medical Inc. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing, among other things, its preliminary unaudited net sales for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. This news release also includes the pre-merger unaudited preliminary net sales results of stand-alone SeaSpine Holdings Corporation for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2022.
