On January 27, 2022, Matthews International Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable February 21, 2022 to stockholders of record February 7, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
