Vasant M. Prabhu Not to Stand for Re-Election to Mattel, Inc.'S Board of Directors

On April 15, 2020, Vasant M. Prabhu informed Mattel, Inc. that he will not stand for re-election to the company's Board of Directors at the company's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Prabhu has served as a director since 2007, is Chairman of the Audit Committee, and is a member of the Finance Committee and Executive Committee. Mr. Prabhu will remain a director until the 2020 Annual Meeting. Mr. Prabhu's decision to not stand for re-election was not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
