M1 dd Ljubljana is a Slovenia-based company. It is primarily engaged in the management of market and non-market investments and the generation of financial returns in line with the portfolio’s structure. The Company has two subsidiaries, a 50.14%-owned Elmo dd Ljubljana, active in the electric installations; and wholly owned Media Park doo, active in real estate management. As of Decembe 31, 2011, BPD Fida doo held an 83.62% stake in the capital. As of February 10, 2012, M1 dd Ljubljana announced, that Bpd Fida has sold an 80.23% stake of the Company to Copartner doo.
