Shanghai Northglass Automation Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 20,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Luoyang Northglass Technology Co.,Ltd on October 26, 2021. Post closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 65,000,000 to CNY 85,000,000, and the investor's stake in the company will increase from 87.92% to 90.76%. The transaction has been approved in the fifteenth meeting of the seventh board of directors of the investor, and is not subject to its shareholders' approval.
