Kwan's International Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 181.81 million compared to TWD 10.09 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 28.22 million compared to net loss of TWD 4.36 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.25 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.04 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.25 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.04 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 511.99 million compared to TWD 53.99 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 62.94 million compared to net loss of TWD 19.56 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.55 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.17 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.55 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.17 a year ago.
Kwan's International Co Ltd is principally engaged in the production, distribution and investment of film and television programs in the cultural and creative industries. The Company's business mainly includes commercial performances such as commercial shows in Macau's famous casinos and hotels, ticketed performances such as ticketed concerts and large scale performances, advertising endorsements of artists in print and media formats, film and television productions or brokerage of major artists. The Company provides services mainly in the domestic market and overseas markets.
