Contract of Executive Board member Bernd Spies extended by five years
Summary

By unanimous vote, the Supervisory Board of Knorr-Bremse AG has extended the contract of Bernd Spies (58) as a Member of the Executive Board for another five years, as from March 2025. Bernd Spies was appointed to the Executive Board of Knorr-Bremse AG in 2022 and bears global responsibility for the Commercial Vehicle Systems division.
