KNORR-BREMSE AG By unanimous vote, the Supervisory Board of Knorr-Bremse AG has extended the contract of Bernd Spies (58) as a Member of the Executive Board for another five years, as from March 2025. Bernd Spies was appointed to the Executive Board of Knorr-Bremse AG in 2022 and bears global responsibility for the Commercial Vehicle Systems division.
Dr. Reinhard Ploss, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Knorr-Bremse AG, explained: "During his time in office, Bernd Spies has very successfully developed Knorr-Bremse's global commercial vehicle business thanks to his exceptional strategic vision and outstanding relationships with customers.
