Mindento Sp. z o.o. announced that it expects to receive PLN 1.5 million in funding from JR Holding ASI S.A.

Mindento announced that it will issue shares for an aggregate gross proceeds of PLN 1,500,000 on October 13, 2022. The transaction will include participation from new investor, JR Holding ASI S.A.
