The Board of Directors of John Marshall Bancorp, Inc. declared an annual cash dividend of $0.25 per outstanding share of common stock on April 24, 2024, payable on July 8, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2024. This per share amount reflects a 13.6% increase over the annual cash dividend paid in 2023 and 25% increase over the initial cash dividend paid in 2022. The 2024 cash dividend will result in aggregate dividend payments of approximately $3.55 million to the Company?s shareholders in the third quarter of 2024.
