PASSING AWAY OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Hung Fook Tong Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") and its subsidiaries (collectively the "Group") announces with deepest grief that Mr. Kwan Wang Yung ("Mr. Kwan"), one of the founders of the Group and an executive director, an authorized representative, a member of the Nomination Committee and the chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee of the Company, passed away on 1 October 2018.

The Board is deeply saddened by the passing away of Mr. Kwan. On behalf of the Company, the Board wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Kwan for his invaluable leadership, guidance and contribution to the Group. The Board also wishes to convey its heartfelt condolences to Mr. Kwan's family.

In this regard, the executive and management duties of Mr. Kwan will be shared among other executive directors and the management team of the Group respectively. The Board will use its best endeavors to continue its business operations by adhering to the existing business strategies adopted by Mr. Kwan and other members of the Board the Company.

APPONITMENT OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

Following the passing away of Mr. Kwan, the Board has appointed Mr. Lau Siu Ki, company secretary of the Company, as an authorized representative of the Company with immediate effect.
