Groupe Flo is the French leader in commercial catering with theme. Net sales break down by activity as follows:

- operation of theme restaurants (70.1%): 109 restaurants (of which 42 owned and 67 franchised) operated, at the end of 2021, under the names Hippopotamus (103), and Maître Kanter's Taverne (6);

- brewery operation (17.3%): 6 breweries (of which 5 owned and 1 franchised) operated under the names La Coupole, Le Vaudeville, Bofinger, Terminus Nord and Bistro des Champs;

- operation of restaurants under concession (12.6%): 7 restaurants operated (Disneyland Paris, Jardin des Plantes in Paris and CNIT in La Défense).
