Greenridge Exploration Inc. is engaged in the business of exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The Company holds 100% interest in the seven mining claims. The Weyman Property comprises seven map-staked mineral claims covering 2,803.89 hectares (6,925.61 acres) in the Kamloops and Nicola Mining Divisions and in the Thompson Nicola Regional District on the Thompson Plateau of southern British Columbia. The Weyman Property is located in the southern part of the Triassic to Jurassic-age Quesnel terrane in south-central British Columbia.
