ZURICH (Reuters) - The four companies involved in an investigation into an alleged fragrances cartel are Givaudan SA, Firmenich International, International Flavors & Fragrances Inc and Symrise AG, Swiss antitrust authorities said on Wednesday.
Swiss Competition Commission COMCO said dawn raids were conducted at various locations in consultation with the European Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the UK Competition and Markets Authority.
Swiss fragrance and flavour maker Givaudan confirmed on Tuesday that it was being targeted in the investigation into the supply of fragrances and fragrance ingredients.
