Resolution No. 1195/2014
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 24 October 2014
concerning the suspension on the WSE Main List of trading in shares of
the company SKYSTONE CAPITAL S.A.
§ 1
After considering motion of the company SKYSTONE CAPITAL S.A. concerning the suspension of trading in shares of the company in connection with its par value change, pursuant to § 30.1.1) of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to suspend from 27 October 2014 to 7 November 2014 (inclusive) trading in shares of the company SKYSTONE CAPITAL S.A., coded as "PLNFI1000012".
§ 2
Pursuant to § 110.10-11 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:
1) broker's orders for the shares of the company SKYSTONE CAPITAL S.A., mentioned in § 1 above, that have been submitted to the exchange but remained unexecuted until the end of the day 24 October 2014 shall be cancelled after the end of trading on that day,
2) broker's orders for the shares of the company SKYSTONE CAPITAL S.A. shall not be accepted during the suspension period, mentioned in § 1 above.
§ 3
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
Gielda Papierow Wartosciowych w Warszawie SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange, GPW) is a Poland-based stock exchange. It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services. As of December 31, 2011, it operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, WSEInfoEngine SA, providing data transmission and information services; and Instytut Rynku Kapitalowego WSE Research SA, engaged in publishing; as well as 92.47%-owned BondSpot SA.
