Hanna brings 25 years of senior technology leadership to the role in which he will be responsible for continuing to build a world-class client experience for financial advisors using the Genworth Wealth Management platform. "Technology is such an important foundation for everything we do to help advisors build great businesses and serve their clients," said Gurinder Ahluwalia, President and CEO of the firm. As an example, the firm introduced improved client reporting capabilities, including On Demand Reports, at the end of last year to provide financial advisors using its platform a more seamless experience for client review meetings.

His new role will support the firm in continuing on an innovation path to deliver solutions and functionality that help advisors and their clients. Hanna reports to Carrie Hansen, SVP, Chief Operations Officer and President, Mutual Funds for Genworth Wealth Management.

Hanna joins Genworth Wealth Management from Bank of the West, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since 2005. Prior to Bank of the West, he held positions at Fidelity Information Services and Alltel Information Services. He holds a BS in Business Administration, Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
