(Alliance News) - FOS Spa announced Tuesday that BP Holding Srl, linked to CEO, Enrico Botte, has purchased 7,500 ordinary shares in the company.
The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR3.01, for a total value of EUR22,575.
FOS stock closed Tuesday up 0.7 percent at EUR3.04 per share.
