Enn Laansoo Jr., the founder and current chairman of the supervisory board of Estonian electric mobility solutions developer and provider Elmo Rent, and the company's second largest shareholder Priit Haljak will join the company's management board in addition to the current management board member Allan Leppikson -- thus the company's management board will have three members. New supervisory board members to be appointed include Margot Roose, who has experience in international expansion, and Peeter Raudsepp, former chairman of the management board of Enterprise Estonia (EAS) who has experience in building up large companies. The changes will enter into force gradually and are subject to approval by the general meeting of shareholders.

Priit Haljak, who will take over the position of chief technology officer (CTO), has long-term experience in leading positions in the Estonian and foreign offices of SKF, an international manufacturer of industrial equipment, and holds a university degree in automotive engineering.
