DOUTOR NICHIRES Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:3087) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 700,000 shares, representing 1.45% of the outstanding shares, at ¥1,847 per share for ¥1,292.9 million. Shares will be purchased in the Tokyo Stock Exchange Off-Auction Own Share Repurchase Trading (ToSTNeT-3). The purpose of the program is to carry out the acquisition of own shares as part of the flexible policy corresponding to changes in the business environment. As of May 31, 2016, the company had 48,189,818 shares outstanding and 2,419,943 shares in treasury.
