DOUTOR NICHIRES Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:3087) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 3,600,100 shares, representing 7.58% of the outstanding shares for ¥8,436.84 million. The program will run until December 22, 2017. As of August 31, 2017, the company had 47,489,299 shares outstanding and 3,120,462 shares in treasury.
DOUTOR NICHIRES Holdings Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based holding company mainly engaged in the roasting, processing and sale of coffee, as well as the operation of restaurants. The Company operates in two business segments. The Japan Restaurant System Group segment is engaged in the operation of restaurant chains, the production and sale of bakery products and others.
