Derkwoo Electronics Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A263600) agreed to acquire 27.17% stake in Y2 Solution CO.,LTD (KOSE:A011690) from EV Advanced Material Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A131400) for KRW 23.6 billion on September 23, 2021. Derkwoo Electronics Co., Ltd will acquire 40 million shares at price of KRW 590 per share. The deal is expected to be completed by September 30, 2021.
Derkwoo Electronics Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A263600) completed the acquisition of 27.17% stake in Y2 Solution CO.,LTD (KOSE:A011690) from EV Advanced Material Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A131400) on September 30, 2021. Post completion, EV Advanced Material Co.,Ltd will hold 12.9% stake and Derkwoo Electronics Co., Ltd will hold 27.17% stake.
