This notice provides shareholders of the Credit Suisse Asset Management Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: CIK) with important information concerning the dividend declared in June 2023. No action is required on your part.

The dividend is comprised of approximately 10.8% paid‐in capital and 89.2% net investment income. This information is sent to you for informational purposes only and is an estimate of the sources of the May 2023 distribution. Credit Suisse Asset Management Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide current income consistent with the preservation of capital. The Fund's investment portfolio will not be managed for capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 75% of its total assets in fixed income securities, such as bonds, convertible securities and preferred stocks. The Fund primarily invests in high yield fixed income securities that are in the lower rating categories of Moodyâs Investors Service, Inc. (Moody's), S&P Global Ratings (S&P) or another nationally recognized ratings service. The Fund may also invest in debt securities issued or guaranteed by the United States (U.S.) government, or by agencies or instrumentalities established or sponsored by the U.S. government, including mortgage-backed securities. The Fund's investment adviser is Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC.
