FATO RELEVANTE

A Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional ("CSN" ou "Companhia"), informa aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral atualizações de projeções, conforme segue:

1. Projeção de atingir alavancagem, medida pelo indicador Dívida Liquida/EBITDA Ajustado, abaixo de 1,0x no fechamento do balanço anual de 2021.
2. Projeção de manter esse mesmo indicador Dívida Liquida/EBITDA Ajustado abaixo de 1,0x no fechamento do balanço anual de 2022.
3. Manutenção da projeção de Dívida Líquida de aproximadamente R$ 15 bilhões no fechamento do balanço anual de 2021.
4. Projeção de volume de produção e compras de minérios de terceiros de 36-37 Mton em 2021 e de 39-41Mton em 2022.
5. Projeção de cash cost da mineração de aproximadamente US$19/ton em 2021 e US$18/ton em 2022.
6. Projeção de CAPEX de expansão da Mineração de aproximadamente R$ 560 milhões em 2021 e de aproximadamente R$ 12 bilhões no período de 2022- 2026, relativos à fase 1 do projeto¹ de adição de capacidade.
7. Projeção de volume de vendas de aço de 5.158kton em 2021 e 5.104kton em 2022.
8. Projeção de CAPEX na Siderurgia de aproximadamente R$ 1 bilhão no período de 2021 e de R$ 6,3 bilhões entre os anos de 2022-2026.
9. Projeção de CAPEX Consolidado de R$ 2,8 bilhões em 2021 e R$ 4,1 bilhões em 2022.

Tais projeções serão incluídas na seção 11 do Formulário de Referência da Companhia e estarão disponíveis no site da CVM em http://www.cvm.gov.br/ e no site da Companhia em http://ri.csn.com.br/, dentro do prazo legal.

MATERIAL FACT

Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional ("CSN" or "Company") hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general projections adjustments, as follow:

1. Achieving a leverage projection, measured by the indicator Net Debt/Adjusted EBITDA, of below 1.0x in the end of the balance sheet of 2021.
2. Projection of maintaining the same indicator of Net Debt/Adjusted EBITDA bellow 1.0x in the end of the finance balance sheet of 2022.
3. Maintenance of the Net Debt projection of approximately R$ 15 billion at the end of the annual balance sheet in 2021.
4. Projection of production volume and purchases of third-party ores from 36-37Mton in 2021 and of 39-41Mton in 2022.
5. Mining cash cost projection of approximately $19/ton in 2021 and $18/ton in 2022.
6. Capex projection of mining expansion of approximately R$ 560 million in 2021 and approximately R$ 12 billion in the period 202-2026, related to phase 1 of the project2 of capacity addition.
7. Projection of steel sales volume of 5,158kton in 2021 and 5,104kton in 2022.
8. Steel Capex projection of approximately R$1 billion in 2021 and of R$6.3 billion between the years 2022-2026.
9. Consolidated CAPEX projection of R$ 2.8 billion in 2021 and R$4.1 billion in 2022.

These projections will be included, as applicable, in section 11 of the Company's Reference Form and will be available on the website of the CVM (http://www.cvm.gov.br/) and the Company (http://ri.csn.com.br/) within the legal term.
