C.I. Medical Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:3540) agreed to acquire a 60% stake in Onelect Holdings Co, Ltd. from Yosuke Odagaki and Keisuke Hori on July 3, 2020. As part of transaction, C.I. Medical Co.,Ltd. will acquire 240 shares in Onelect. In a related transaction, C.I. Medical Co.,Ltd. acquired 20% stake in Yotsuba Electric Power Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2019 Onelect reported net liability of ¥12 million, total assets of ¥6 million, sales of ¥9 million, operating loss of ¥3 million and net loss of ¥3 million. Board of directors of C.I. Medical resolved the transaction. The planned date for Stock transfer execution is July 10, 2020.
