C.I. Medical Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:3540) acquired 20% stake in Yotsuba Electric Power Co., Ltd from Yasuhiro Asaoka and Tadashi Asaoka on May 12, 2020. Under the terms of transaction C.I. Medical Co.,Ltd is acquiring 16,000 shares from Yasuhiro Asaoka and 4,000 shares from Tadashi Asaoka.
