Air Water Inc. (TSE:4088) agreed to acquire 39.99% stake in C.I. Medical Co.,Ltd. from Kiyohito Shimizu and Tomoko Shimizu for ¥9.6 billion on September 30, 2016. Air Water will acquire 0.8 million shares at ¥12,000 per share. Kiyohito Shimizu and Tomoko Shimizu will sell 0.64 million and 0.16 million shares respectively. The deal is expected to close on October 21, 2016.
