Bulgarska Rosa AD (Bulgarian Rose AD or Bulgarska Rosa Inc.) is a Bulgaria-based company that is principally engaged in the personal products industry. It specializes in the production and distribution of natural aromatic products (raw materials), such as essential oils and extracts of Bulgarian rose, basil, dill herb, coriander, hyssop and lavender, among others. The Company also offers clary sage and coriander oil, perfumery and cosmetics, synthetic aromatic substances, fragrances for detergents, liquid essences for food and drinks, natural water products, perfumery compositions and flavors, as well as sauces and flavor for the tobacco industry. Bulgarska Rosa AD operates in both domestic and foreign markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs major shareholder was Stara planina hold AD with a stake of 49.99%.
