Modefinance confirms Borgosesia's rating at A3- level.

(Alliance News) - Modefinance on Tuesday, in reviewing the public rating to the creditworthiness of Borgosesia Spa, confirmed the same at the A3- level.

This rating - equivalent, based on the current mapping, to the A- rating of the major international rating agencies - is three notches higher than the minimum rating required to consider the company's issues investment grade.

Borgosesia closed Tuesday's session in the red by 0.3 percent at EUR0.70 per share

Borgosesia SpA is an Italy-based holding company engaged in a number of sectors such as the real estate, asset management and production of energy from alternative sources. Borgosesia SpA operates in the real estate sector through investments held in such companies as 4438663 Canada Inc and 4482409 Canada Inc; in asset management through such companies as Borgosesia Gestioni SGR SpA and Ametista Funding SPV, and in the energy generation industry through stakes held in Il Faro Srl, Anemos Srl, Borgosesia SpA and Solarisuno Srl.
