Bellevue Group achieves an almost breakeven result in fiscal 2015

• Consolidated loss of less than CHF 1 million after tax expected
• Greater operating earnings power offsets almost all of the extraordinary impairments and write-downs announced in mid-2015
• Continuous dividend proposal of CHF 1.00 per share

The Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board of Bellevue Group today decided to issue an ad hoc announcement for the company's shareholders, clients and employees.

Based on preliminary consolidated results, a consolidated loss of less than CHF 1 million after tax is expected for the 2015 fiscal year. Bellevue Group had announced a consolidated after-tax loss of CHF

15.5 million for the first half of the year ending June 30, 2015, which was attributable to extraordinary impairments and write-downs totaling CHF 24.7 million. Underlying business thus showed an improvement during the second half of the year.

The complete annual report for fiscal year 2015 will be published on February 29, 2016.
