Leroy Campbell and Karen Campbell entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire 400 hectares of non-core mineral claims in Black Bear project from Barker Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:BML) for CAD 0.26 million on October 7, 2014. The consideration for the disposition also includes a 1.5% net smelter royalty and a right of first refusal to reacquire the subject properties. The independent members of the Board of Directors of Barker approved the transaction and is still subject to certain conditions, including approval of the TSX-V. The transaction does not involve any finder's fee.
