AXA and ABM Amro decided on Friday to sell their life insurance joint venture, Neuflize Vie, to BNP Paribas, the daily Les Echos reported on Monday, citing several corroborating sources.

The transaction, if finalized, would be worth several hundred million euros, according to the newspaper.

AXA, ABN Amro and BNP Paribas declined to comment.
