Aviva plc Board Audit Committee Chair Appointment

Aviva plc announces that, following the receipt of regulatory approval, Patrick Flynn is confirmed as Chair of the Board Audit Committee effective from 4 November 2019.

As a result, Glyn Barker, Senior Independent Director, who assumed the role of Audit Committee Chair on an interim basis, will revert to a member of the Committee.

The announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
