AT&T is raising prices for its retired unlimited wireless plans, beginning in August.

The company said the changes will allow it to provide additional benefits to the plans.

For customers that have a single line of service on their plan, the monthly plan charge will increase by $10. For customers with multiple lines, the monthly plan charge will increase by a total of $20. This is the total monthly increase, not per line increase, the company said.

AT&T said the plans aren't going away, and they will be getting added high-speed data and hotspot data.
