Asia Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A050860) announces a share repurchase program. Under the offer, the company will repurchase up to 4,375,000 shares at a price of KRW 3,000 per share for KRW 13,125 million. The purpose of the program is the reinforcement of the corporation's competitive edge and to increase its value.
The offer will expire on January 9, 2015. As of December 17, 2014, the company had nil shares in treasury under the scope available for dividend and 12 common shares in treasury under other capacities.
