Asia Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A050860) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,000,000 common shares for KRW 7,200 million at an offer price of KRW 3,600 per share. The shares will be repurchased through tender offer. The purpose of repurchase program is to increase stock value. The shares will be repurchased until May 12, 2017.
