Asia Electronic Material Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 379.383 million compared to TWD 486.497 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 37.885 million compared to TWD 15.492 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 17.368 million compared to net loss of TWD 2.210 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.18 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.02 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 704.759 million compared to TWD 857.944 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 59.053 million compared to TWD 10.248 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 20.580 million compared to TWD 43,000 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.21. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.21.
