Artisanal Brands, Inc., formerly known as American Home Foods Products, Inc. (OTCBB:AHFP), has entered into a distribution agreement with Cheezwhse, Inc. With it recent acquisition of Boston-based Crystal Foods, Inc., Cheezwhse is one of American's leading cheese importers and distributors to the retail sector.

Daniel W. Dowe, President and Chief Executive Officer of Artisanal stated, ?This distribution partnership is a valuable component of our ongoing retail initiative, particularly related to the expansion of our new CheeseClock by Artisanal? retail program. Cheezwhse services more than 2,000 retail stores in the Greater New York and New England markets as well as select prime retail accounts across the country, with a customer base comprised primarily of independently-owned stores. We have learned that independent store owners bring a special hands-on focus to merchandising new items and share our passion on educating consumers. Our CheeseClock and color coded boxes make cheese purchasing easy and fun, helping the end consumer pair our cheese selections with wine and beer and providing a two-pronged marketing benefit to retailers who sell those beverages in addition to cheese. We are enthusiastic about this partnership with Cheezwhse and its potential to introduce the Artisanal brand to a new audience of customers.?

Joseph Gellert, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cheezwhse stated, ?My family and I have been in the cheese business for two generations now and have a great deal of experience meeting the demands of our customers. Artisanal's newly trademarked Artisanal CheeseClock? is incredibly innovative, accessible and appealing to our mostly independent retail store owners. Artisanal has differentiated their brand, making cheese selection easy for the consumer which is exactly what the market place needed. We have already started working with Dan Dowe and his team on placing the program with our accounts for the Fall Harvest and Holiday Seasons that are just around the corner.?

Cheezwhse, Inc., based in Armonk, New York, has been in operation for more than 25 years under the leadership of founder and CEO, Joseph Gellert. The company imports and sells wide range of cheeses and specialty food items.
