Arbonia AG (SWX:ARBN) signed an agreement to acquire LIGNIS s.r.o. on May 14, 2024. In related transaction, Arbonia AG acquired Dimoldura. In 2023, LIGNIS reported revenue of ?14 million.
Both acquisitions are primarily financed by a bridge loan in the amount of ?100 million as well as by existing credit lines. The transaction is expected to complete in beginning of July 2024.
