Anima Holding acquires more than 560,000 of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - Anima Holding Spa announced Monday that it bought back 566,437 of its own ordinary shares between June 10 and June 14.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR4.7348, for a total consideration of EUR2.7 million.

As of today, the company holds 3.1 million treasury shares, representing just under 1.0 percent of its share capital.

Anima Holding's stock is up 0.9 percent at EUR4.61 per share.
