Alfa de CV : Will Not Go Forward with Initial Public Offering of Sigma

Monterrey, Mexico, September 27, 2017.-ALFA, S.A.B. de C.V. (ALFA) announced today that it will not go forward with the previously announced initial public offering of Sigma Alimentos, S.A. de C.V. (Sigma). The offering was over-subscribed, although not at a price that was in line with the established price range.
