Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has declared to the AMF that on January 3 it exceeded the threshold of 10% of the share capital of Accor, holding 10.49% of the share capital and 8.27% of the voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from a decrease in the total number of Accor shares. The declaring party has no intention of taking control of the hotel chain, nor of requesting appointments to its management bodies.

In addition, Harris Associates LP, acting on behalf of funds and clients under management, declared that on the same day it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Accor's capital and held 5.05% of the capital and 3.98% of the voting rights, as a result of a reduction in the total number of shares.
