NEW MAJOR ESG RECOGNITIONS

FOR THE ZIGNAGO VETRO GROUP

Fossalta di Portogruaro, January 19, 2022 - Zignago Vetro S.p.A., a company listed on the STAR segment managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that in recent weeks it has received new sustainability ratings from leading global ESG ratings institutions.

Specifically:

• Ecovadis has updated the ESG Rating of Zignago Vetro, raising it from 62/100 to 83/100, representing a double leap from SILVER level to the upper PLATINUM level, in the top 1% of the best rated companies.
• Gaja Rating raised its rating from 62 / 100 to 77 / 100.
• Sustainalytics assigned Zignago Vetro Group a rating of 11.9, placing it 324th out of the 14,142 companies assessed; 5th out of 94 companies in the "Containers & Packaging" sector and 2nd out of 56 companies in the "Metal & Glass Packaging" sector.
  Following this assessment, Morningstar has categorised the Zignago Vetro Group to the REGIONAL TOP- RATED BADGE for 2022;
