ZICO CAPITAL SDN BHD ADMITTED AS AN APPROVED ADVISER FOR THE LEADING ENTREPRENEUR ACCELERATOR PLATFORM ("LEAP") MARKET

The board of directors ("Board") of ZICO Holdings Inc. ("Company", together with its subsidiaries and associates, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcements dated 9 September 2016, 13 October 2016, 11 September 2017, 1 November 2017, and 10 November 2017 in relation to its subsidiary, ZICO Capital Sdn Bhd ("ZICO Capital").

The Board is pleased to announce that ZICO Capital has been approved by Bursa Malaysia Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia") on 29 November 2021 as an approved adviser pursuant to Rule 4.02 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("LEAP Market LR") ("Approved Adviser"). As an Approved Adviser, ZICO Capital is authorised to undertake both initial listing activities and post-listing activities pursuant to the LEAP Market LR.

The LEAP Market is an adviser-driven market that aims to provide emerging companies, including small- and medium-sized enterprises with greater fundraising access and visibility via the capital market. It is accessible only to sophisticated investors (as prescribed under the Malaysia Capital Markets and Services Act 2007).

Bursa Malaysia's approval for ZICO Capital to act as Approved Adviser complements the Group's existing range of regulated services, and the Company believes that this will enhance the Group's services to its clients.

ZICO Capital's approval by Bursa Malaysia as an Approved Adviser is not expected to have any material impact on the Group's earnings per share and net tangible asset per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
