ZENKOKU HOSHO Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7164) entered into a capital and business alliance agreement to acquire an unknown additional stake in Shikoku Sogo Shinyo Co., Ltd. on June 13, 2022. ZENKOKU HOSHO Co.,Ltd. entered into a share and purchase agreement to acquire an unknown additional stake in Shikoku Sogo Shinyo Co., Ltd. on June 17, 2022. Based on the agreement, ZENKOKU HOSHO will acquire shares and raise its stake in Shikoku Sogo Shinyo Co., Ltd. to 19.5%. ZENKOKU HOSHO will conclude a share transfer agreement with the existing shareholders of Shikoku Sogo Shinyo Co., Ltd. on June 17, 2022. The transaction is expected to close on June 22, 2022.
