Michael Jonas, Chairman of the Board, has been named interim CEO as of August 31, 2019, as the company commences the process of identifying a replacement. Michael Jonas has been a member of the Board of Directors since May 23, 2016, was Vice-Chairman of the Board from June 2, 2016 until November 14, 2016, has been Chairman of the Board since November 14, 2016 and Executive Chairman since October 18, 2017.
