Yuan High-Tech Development Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 406.09 million compared to TWD 977.13 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 69.64 million compared to TWD 242.2 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.75 compared to TWD 6.09 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.75 compared to TWD 6.09 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,439.27 million compared to TWD 1,873.82 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 283.53 million compared to TWD 436.52 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 7.13 compared to TWD 10.92 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 7.11 compared to TWD 10.89 a year ago.
Yuan High-Tech Development Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and sales of video and audio products. The Companyâs primary products include digital and analog television cards with peripheral component interconnect (PCI) express, digital and analog television boxes universal serial bus (USB), hardware compressed PCI express, hardware compressed boxes USB and video capture and converter cards. Its products are mainly used for the consumer, personal computer television (PCTV), surveillance and mobile digital video recorder (DVR) markets. The Company mainly distributes its products in the domestic market and overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas and Europe.
